I, Ashton Jones, am a certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach.
As the owner of Unfiltered Fitness I am passionate about helping women repair their relationship with food & exercise by teaching them sustainable lifestyle changes that work around the busyness of life.
My goal is to set each client up for success by taking the filter completely off of fitness that has been placed by social media or toxic/extreme fitness culture. There is room for every woman here no matter where you are in your health journey.
Working with me you will learn to become confident in the gym AND in your own skin.
