I, Ashton Jones, am a certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach.

As the owner of Unfiltered Fitness I am passionate about helping women repair their ​relationship with food & exercise by teaching them sustainable lifestyle changes that work ​around the busyness of life.

My goal is to set each client up for success by taking the filter completely off of fitness that ​has been placed by social media or toxic/extreme fitness culture. There is room for every ​woman here no matter where you are in your health journey.
